Ved Rahi (born 22 May 1933) is an Indian author predominantly writing in Dogri language. He directed well received mythological serial Meerabai for Doordarshan in 1996 under UTV productions. He is also credited for screenplay and dialogues of various Hindi Bollywood films and TV serials.
Veer Savarkar is a biopic based on the life of Indian revolutionary Vinayak Damodar Savakar. The film, which was largely crowd-funded, enjoyed a silver jubilee run at Plaza cinema, Mumbai and Pune's Prabhat cinema. It was also accorded tax-free status by the Government of Goa.

Ved Rahi is an Indian film director and novelist, was born in Jammu on 22 May 1933. His father, Lala Mulk Raj Saraf, had the distinction of starting, in 1924, the first ever newspaper in the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir called 'Ranbir'.
