May 7, 2024 · Dr. Nancy Shapiro promotes her mission to increase youth engagement in Democracy through her work for TurnUp Activism- a youth voter turnout and activism focused mobile app and organization. She is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of their Training Program that has helped over 1,600 youth on their path towards becoming civically engaged, democratically competent, and reaching their activist potential.
