Katsuaki Setoguchi (瀬戸口 克陽 (せとぐち かつあき) , Setoguchi Katsuaki, born September 9, 1973 in Kagoshima, Japan) is a Japanese producer. He joined TBS Television in 1996. Setoguchi produced Hana Yori Dango and its sequels. In 2018, he produced a spin-off titled Hana Nochi Hare.

Boys Over Flowers [1] (花より男子, Hana Yori Dango) is a 2005 Japanese television drama series starring Mao Inoue, Jun Matsumoto of Arashi, Shun Oguri, Shota Matsuda, and Tsuyoshi Abe. It is based on the manga series, Boys Over Flowers (花より男子, Hana yori Dango), written and illustrated by Yoko Kamio .
Staff members Yasuharu Ishii, Mikio Satake, and Katsuaki Setoguchi all returned for the second series. The drama was produced for TBS Television. It was released on DVD on July 11, 2007. The drama was followed by Hana Yori Dango Final (2008) and Hana Nochi Hare (2018).
