वसंत देसाई (जन्म : सोनावडे, सावंतवाडी, महाराष्ट्र, ९ जून, १९१२; - मुंबई, २२ डिसेंबर, १९७५) हे मराठी, तसेच अन्य भारतीय चित्रपटांस संगीत देणारे मराठी संगीतकार होते. त्यांनी दिलेल्या चालींनुळे त्यांचे नाव भारतात आणि परदेशांत अजरामर झाले आहे. घरात सांज-सकाळ होणाऱ्या आणि गाव देवळात होणाऱ्या भजन-कीर्तनांमुळे छोट्या वसंताला संगीतात रुची निर्माण झाली.
