Edwin Sherin (January 15, 1930 – May 4, 2017) was an American-Canadian director and producer. He is best known as the director and executive producer of the NBC drama series Law & Order (1991–2005).
Edwin Sherin (1930-2017) was a TV and film director, known for Law & Order, Homicide: Life on the Street and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He also produced and directed other shows, such as Moonlighting, Medium and The Black Donnellys.
