Yutaka Ishikawa received the B.E., M.Tech., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan, in 1982, 1984, and 1987, respectively. He is currently the Project Leader of Japan Flagship 2020 (Supercomputer) with RIKEN, Wako, Japan.
