Manoj Sinha (born 1 July 1959) is an Indian politician serving as the 2nd and the current Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir. [1] [2] He served as the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Communications and Minister of State for Railways in the Government of India.
