At the age of 7, Gokul started acting and did many children shows that were aired on Malayalam channel. When he was 14, he did his first professional play which was the Tamil version of the Ramayana. After 2 years, he joined the famous theatre group ‘Evam’ with whom he worked for almost 2 years.
