Apr 2, 2024 · NEW YORK – April 2, 2024 – GE Aerospace (NYSE: GE) today announced its official launch as an independent public company defining the future of flight, following the completion of the GE Vernova spin-off. GE Aerospace will trade on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker “GE”.
GE Aerospace has been a technology partner to Indian aviation for over four decades. We have a wide and deep engagement that includes engines, avionics, services, engineering, manufacturing, and local sourcing.

Feb 29, 2024 · Following completion of the planned spin-off, GE will operate as GE Aerospace. GE shareholders will continue to hold their shares of GE common stock with the company name GE Aerospace, and GE Aerospace will continue GE’s listing on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “GE.”
