Sir Ashutosh Mukherjee CSI FRAS FRSE MRIA (anglicised, originally Asutosh Mukhopadhyay, also anglicised to Asutosh Mookerjee) (29 June 1864 – 25 May 1924) was a prolific Bengali educator, jurist, barrister and mathematician.
A multi-faceted personality, Sir Ashutosh Mukherjee was a lion amongst legends. He lived in an era where he walked the corridors with stalwarts like Tagore, Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar, P C Roy, Swami Vivekananda, and so many more, whose calibre and intellect remain unmatched even to this day.
