Feb 25, 2020 · Zombieland: Double Tap may have taken 10 years to hit theatres and may tread familiar ground, be fairly basic both in terms of story structure, character beats and comedic elements; yet it remains constantly positive, engaging and enjoyable despite its obvious flaws. All the cast return and show they have lost none of their verve, making the sequel a decent companion piece.

Mar 20, 2020 · Having said that, a bass-heavy flick like Zombieland: Double Tap still sounded fantastic, with every over-the-top sound effect hitting like a well-timed sledgehammer. Nov 25, 2010 · Still, the distinct lack of extras, and the 2D limitations, together with numerous press releases from Cameron himself, led me to believe that this was double, probably triple-dip territory, and that not only were we likely to get an eventual 3D release, but also a 2D special edition, and then, possibly a 3D special edition some way further down the line to tie in with the inevitable sequels.
