I'm running windows 11 home. I've tried switching from a five digit port to one of the standard 688X torrent ports. I'm using Deluge version 2.1.1 and libtorrent 1.2.15.0.

You can mix the old/new profile to get them back (torrents.state file) or re-add by hands. What are the value you changed?
