Dec 3, 2018 · The Treaty of Versailles will be most dynamic prior to 1924, as after 1924, the treaty of Versailles will either be resolved by the Dawes Plan, the Young Plan, or will overall be terminated by the German government. Manpower and consumer goods aren't the only effects of the Treaty of Versailles, but we're not about to spoil everything.
