Uninstalling I2C HID driver and reinstalling, downgrading drivers, load default BIOS (it was working great - Unfortunately, it doesn't now), and the last working solution now is unchecking auto detect external USB from BIOS setting : (. May be this will be useful for someone.
The touchpad had issues like this before but never this long or serious, and it’s with the same Code 10 issue. As well I am unable to update the driver as it says that the “best drivers” already installed is the other 12C HID device.

Then go into the Device Manager and Uninstall Touchpad software under Mice, if prompted to also remove software, agree to this.
