Apr 3, 2022 · From the start of the Rabi procurement season, which began on Friday, the Punjab Mandi Board has decided to issue a 'digital form J' to farmers' WhatsApp numbers. Punjab would be the first state in the country to deliver digitized form J in real-time, to increase transparency and empower farmers.
Punjab Mandi Board has introduced new farmer's incentive scheme in all the mandis of the State. Under this scheme, the Secretary Market Committee will issue gift coupon to the seller farmers on production of J form.
May 19, 2024 · Now, the farmers have an option to take print or download digital copies of their J-Forms in the state, as the Punjab Mandi Board has made the electronic format of J-Forms available, from this Wheat Procurement-2021 season onwards.
