Feb 8, 2018 · The scenario is single sign on enabled for the tenant. User use one account to log in computer (in the same tenant domain) and Office 365. IE and Office apps will automatically sign in their work/school accounts. If you are not in this scenario, based on my understanding, the behavior is more related to IE and operating system.

Click Add a new way to sign in or verify then select preferred security information. You will receive a security code, enter it on the prompt and click on Next.
Mar 25, 2024 · 1) Even though Godaddy sells all the services accessible via the 365 tenant, it does not allow access (crazy, just puts you in an awful loop always routing back to godaddy - only allowing access to Msoft Admin Exchange) and 2) Godaddy agents aren't all familiar with this problem and 3) I was able to back door and access portal.azure.com and actually could see my domains via my admin account.
