How can I reset my password using MFA? Once you have set up the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smart phone or set up your phone number for MFA you will be able to reset your password for all systems (including MyBeckett) without contacting the Library.
Go to the Office website using an Incognito or Private browsing window. If you are still signed in, click on your initials at the top right hand corner and then Sign Out. Click the 'Forget this account' link to the left of the screen (if showing) and then the 'Sign in' button. A Sign in page will open. Underneath the Sign in box are 3 links.
Once downloaded, input ' Leeds Beckett University' for the school name and continue with Web Login button (this means it will open MyBeckett log in page in your browser). The MyBeckett web login page will prompt you to login. If you use the Microsoft Authenticator App, it is a good idea to open this first. Click Login.
