Based on the screenshot you provided, it seems you have a work account, while when logging into Office, it recognized your account as a Microsoft account. If this is not what you want, the please explain more what you're trying to do exactly, because you should not need to sign into your Account in Account protection, or change to another account there instead of the Sign-In screen accessed in Start Menu > Your Profile icon > Log Off.
