  3. Finally Happened. My package tracking showed the package arrived at the nearest Fed ex facility early on the 20th. Showed it "out for delivery" since later that afternoon all the way through until this morning, the 26th. Checked tracking at lunch time and it said that it was delivered-on April 20th. Um, nope.

Grubhub, Instacart, Uber Eats, Lyft, Walmart, Amazon Prime and UPS all have this feature, yet the Express focused Fedex Express doesn't. All those are gig workers except for Prime and UPS.

Keep in mind, if it's on a trailer, it does not necessarily mean the trailer is on a truck.   9. Here's the rub. FedEx didn't fail you. You might think FedEx failed you but they didn't. With FedEx Ground/HD no packages are picked up transported or delivered by FedEx Ground employees. The only FedEx employees that MIGHT deliver a ground package is an Express employee that's being contracted out to Ground by Express. But the brand!!!! Yep ...
