Rogers customers have an outlet to view Disney Plus if they don't have the latest TV model and it can encourage new subscriptions for Disney + .
Jul 4, 2024 · Rogers indicated on the guide that some Rogers customers may be legible for free Disney Plus, I clicked the channel and was brought to a scan box which you take from your cell phone, I was directed to Rogers login which I did not and closed my app, there was never any indication of additional charges whatsoever.
Jan 30, 2024 · I also have Disney premium, which provides the use of Atmos, again on newer titles that have that available. As for when the problem started, when I got a new receiver that could use Dolby Atmos, at Christmas. I just don't understand why it works with apple tv+ and Netflix but not amazon and Disney, on titles showing Atmos is available.

Jun 25, 2024 · I got ignite installed Aug 31. I was told by 2 different people that my package would include disney plus. I have yet to receive an activation email. In the my rogers app , it says I am not eligible. ????? I have tried to fix this on the phone and have talked to many different people but I just get bounced around. I just need someone to fix this.

Try the service on another device To eliminate the possibility of an issue with the third-party service (ex: Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc.), if possible, try the service on another device (ex: Computer, Smart Phone, Tablet, SmartTV app).
