Dec 15, 2023 · The booking system will open every second Wednesday in a month from 11 - 17 h of Indian time. If this date falls on a Czech national holiday, the booking system will open on the day following the national holiday. Maximum of 110 appointments will be available within each slot.

Proceed to book your visa appointment at one of the VACs, or at the Embassy of the Czech Republic. You can do this online, or by simply calling or emailing them. With the completed application form and the documents, attend the visa appointment.
