As we are trying to implement new ideas to the Teen Account, in the mean time with your permission of course, the Teen can pair the Alexa app to the Parents account to access music benefits at this current time.

Aug 1, 2020 · Long story short, amazon doesn't provide the code entry box unless you are signed into your account. ~Looking back this is so obvious, the tv app connects to my account, therefore I would need to be signed in for that to happen.
Nov 18, 2022 · Small change... need to sign into app before turning off internet. See corrected instructions below: Close the app. Clear cache/data (phone settings > apps > alexa app > storage > clear cache/data). Open app and log in (logging in will cause your app to crash). Turn off internet to your phone (wi-fi and cellular).
