Having driven across a variety of terrains and mostly in the urban jungle with heavy B2B the principle contributor to mileage here are some observations over the months: What I Love ...

  3. Apr 16, 2020 · The Tata Altroz is on sale in India at a price of between Rs. 5.29 - 9.29 lakhs. What you'll like: • Looks absolutely stunning! Solid build too. • Nice interior with good quality parts & adequate space. • Accommodating 345-litre boot is among the biggest of the segment. • Competent turbo-diesel engine.

  4. Sep 7, 2020 · I vehemently disagree with Tata giving the Altroz 1.5L Diesel a lower state of tune than the Nexon. The Altroz makes 89 BHP & 200 Nm, while the Nexon has 109 BHP & 260 Nm. The Altroz is a premium “gold standard” hatchback and should’ve gotten the same engine tune + 6-speed gearbox as the Nexon.

While the 1.2L Petrol DCA, 1.5L turbo-diesel and petrol XZ+ variants get 185/60 R16 tyres, which means lesser width and taller sidewalls: DCA (dual-clutch automatic) badging on the tailgate.

  8. Jul 5, 2024 · Few Recommendations: I would recommend everyone planning to buy Altroz DCA and who already have it, do purchase Extended Warranty because there were few gearbox issues reported by BS6 PH2 owners. Their gear box got replaced due to malfunction and it was costed around 2.84 Lacs. This was all covered under Warranty.

  9. Apr 27, 2022 · Tata Altroz 1.2L Petrol DCA. The Altroz DCA is more of a cruiser on the expressway than an outright performer. It can cruise at 100 km/h in 6th gear with the tachometer reading ~2,500 rpm and at 120 km/h, the engine spins at just under 3,000 rpm. You will keep up with 100 km/h traffic on the expressway, although you will be working the engine hard.
