    Admissions 2025. In September 2025, Wimbledon College will admit 199 boys to Figures (Year 7) without regard for aptitude or ability. The places will be offered according to the criteria set out in the 2025 Admissions Policy.

  7. Opened in 1892, Wimbledon College is a Jesuit school and shares the traditions and values of the 2,500 Jesuit schools and universities worldwide. St Ignatius Loyola, founder of the Jesuits, wrote in 1450 of Jesuit schools being "for improvement in living and learning for the greater glory of God and the common good".

  8. The College provides an excellent all-round education enabling pupils to engage with a broad range of extra-curricular activities, including an extensive sporting fixture list. We invite prospective pupils and parents to attend our forthcoming Open Evenings.

  9. Attendance and punctuality are key to boys making successful progress at the College. Boys are required to arrive in school before 8.25am, any arrival after that is registered as Late. Boys who are late are required to attend a Late Detention which lasts 30 minutes after school.

  10. How information is shared. Day to day notices are published on the school's homepage which is updated daily in term time. Parents are asked to check this at least once a week. Please make sure to click your web-browser's refresh button if notices seem to be out of date.
