Apr 16, 2024 · Some DNS IPs blocked by the firewall. zYx. April 16. Last week, we started experiencing an (unusual) issue with our DNS. 8.8.8.8, 9.9.9.9, 1.1.1.1 suddenly became unreachable. There are no entries in the traffic monitor indicating a problem and no denied requests. Pinging those IPs from WG diagnostics, I get the following:

Mar 25, 2020 · The key is that your laptop needs to have its ONLY DNS server be the same as any LAN computer, i.e., the IP of your AD domain controller. The domain-join process from there should be no different except for speed. EDIT: In your SSLVPN config, set custom DNS and put in your AD DNS server as the only IP.

Jun 19, 2024 · SSLVPN Access Attempts. Recently we had a law office with a breach (can't always protect them from themselves). During that breach, I noticed in their logs, and specifically, the PCI compliance that shows denied attempts was filled with a single IP address hitting the server every 30 seconds or so with a new attempt. This went back for days!
