With Matthew Modine, Claudia Schiffer, Béatrice Dalle, Sarah Lassez. A debauched Hollywood movie actor tries to piece together one wild night in Miami years earlier which remains a drug-induced blur, and soon finds out that some questions about his past are best left unanswered.
Blackout: Directed by Sam Macaroni. With Josh Duhamel, Abbie Cornish, Omar Chaparro, Nick Nolte. A man wakes in a hospital with no memory, and quickly finds himself on the run in a locked down hospital with the Cartel on his tail. He scrambles to find his true identity in the most vicious way.
No meteorites hit Earth, no terrorists put the world in danger, no atomic war was started, but something did go wrong. Contact between most towns on Earth has been severed. A small ring-like area in Eastern Europe still has electricity, and maybe even life is being reported from the Space.
The movie is a bit too long and some good editing would have improved it overall. The acting is ok, the special effects are fine, and the dialog is ok. Top marks for originality.
