Dec 12, 2015 · Everything has been working great until this week. When I leave my computer idle (by idle I mean when I don't move my mouse for 5-10 minutes) Com Surrogate starts using up to 20% of my CPU. This problem is only fixed when I move my mouse. When I do that, Com Surrogate goes back to normal. Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

It listed: Microsoft Account:(My e-mail address), and then asked for my password. I never saw this before and am concerned if this is authentic or a possible virus trojan. Comments? Thanks. Phil
