"Spicy City" had an excellent animation quality, interesting characters, great music and each episode had a very good story. Personally, I consider "Spicy City" to be one of the most underrated adult animation series ever made.
A mysterious guilt-ridden man offers her his help to get to the bottom of things. Hostess Raven's backstory. A freak show carnival is in town. One the "freaks", who appropriately calls himself "Duck Boy" visits the nightclub to have a few drinks and catch a song or two from Raven, who's performing that night.
In "An Eye for an Eye" female cop 'Margo', known for her striking blue eyes and penchant for abusing power, plots to blackmail the near-sighted judge of ' Spicy City ', while her partner 'Ernie' is determined to stop Margo once and for all.
