Pupils are normally admitted to Reigate Grammar School at the ages of 11, 13 or 16, although spaces may occasionally occur at other ages. New pupils normally enter the school in September. The majority of our pupils enter at age 11 (Year 7).

As a grammar school, we place considerable emphasis on acquiring good work habits in the early years. All pupils are set homework each weekday evening, starting with about one hour of work in the Lower School and increasing thereafter.
