At Northwood School, boys’ soccer players can get involved with the sport on several different levels. We offer an elite boys’ soccer team, and in partnership with the Black Rock Football Club, we also have the first residential soccer academy in the northeast region.

Live Where You Learn. At Northwood School, student dorms anchor our close-knit community. Each year, approximately 85% of our co-educational student body lives on campus in dedicated boys’ and girls’ dorms under the supervision of our residential faculty.
Originally from Clifton Park, New York, Leigh graduated from Canterbury School in New Milford, Connecticut in 2011. She then played four years on defense for the Connecticut College Camels where she won the Erica M. Vos Award of Valor in the spring of her senior year.

Elite Boys’ Hockey at Northwood School. The boys’ hockey program at Northwood, which includes two teams, announced last year that it joined forces with six leading men’s preparatory hockey-playing institutions to create the Prep Hockey Conference.
As a day or boarding school student at Northwood, you can enjoy the following: On-snow summer training camps in Oregon, Europe, and the Southern Hemisphere. Dryland fall training blocks at the Northwood School campus. On-snow training trips to Austria in October. On-snow training trips to Colorado in November.
