Neelo Begum (born Cynthia Alexander Fernandes; née Abida Riaz; 30 June 1940 – 30 January 2021) was a Pakistani veteran film actress. She made her film debut in 1956 with Hollywood film Bhowani Junction .

Neelo was born on 30 June 1941 in Bhera, Sargodha, Punjab, British India. She was an actress, known for Ayaz (1960), Aankh Ka Nasha (1957) and Saath Laakh (1957). She was married to Riaz Shahid. She died on 30 January 2021 in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

Neelo (born Abida Riaz; 30 June 1940 – 30 January 2021) was an actress from Lahore City. She was the mother of the movie actor Shaan. She was born June 29, 1945 in Bhera, near Sargodha. Later, when she got married to Riaz Shahid she changed her name to Abida Riaz, and also became a Muslim.
