Apr 4, 2024 · Gorgeous trails right in town! Easy walking, very family friendly. Access points are right in downtown Murphy, NC and the trail follows the Hiwassee River and the Valley River. There are several benches, a historic trestle and railway, a covered bridge, overlooks, and several trail choices. Highly recommended!!
