The bank’s annual report shows a gradual increase in NPLs over the years— 2.46% in 2017, 3.71% in 2018, 4.14% in 2019. In 2020, 2021 and 2022, NPLs slightly down to 3.71%, 3.39% and 3.22% respectively.
