Jun 13, 2024 · Worst Non Flight Ever. Cancelled our flight for technical reasons, that's fair. Zero information afterwards. Zero customer service (Level representative told us to call Iberia, Iberia told us to call Vueling – they don't even fly to the US – I guess their game was to exhaust us so we don't try and get rerouted). No hotel offered. No flights.

Just the worst. No WiFi or in flight entertainment on a 13 hours flight, no air vents above your head, seats are so uncomfortable and you’re packed like sardines for hours.

After paying Iberia to go to Spain, came back on this horrible airline. Avoid it. Date of travel: June 2024. Seat comfort. Customer service. Cleanliness. Food and Beverage. Legroom.
