Kings County embraces a variety of whiskey cultures and blends them into creative, distinctive whiskeys. We distill for quality over yield using true pot stills manufacturer in Scotland (Forsyths) and Kentucky (Vendome).
Clocking in at 126-133 proof depending on the batch, Kings County Barrel Strength Bourbon is blended from older barrels than our flagship bourbon, aged anywhere from four to seven years. Many enthusiasts prefer whiskey undiluted from the barrel, as it offers a more intense concentration of flavor.
Kings County Distillery Straight Bourbon is a bourbon made like a scotch whiskey. We use 80% New York organic corn and 20% English Golden Promise barley for a high-malt recipe that forgoes the wheat or rye typical of Kentucky bourbons.
