  4. Andrew started at Kelpe Contracting, Inc. as a part time employee in 2009 to help around the heavy equipment shop and fleet yard. Four years later, he joined the Local 110 Laborer’s Union.

  5. Ed began his journey at Kelpe in October of 2002 while attending Lafayette High School. Throughout the years, Ed has worked his way up the various tiers of the company. He currently is a member of the management team and performs tasks such as billing, job set up, utility locates, water compliance testing, project support, and project management.

  8. Tom became the President and Owner of Kelpe Contracting, Inc. in January of 1989. Tom still holds this role today and is responsible for the growth of the business into a nearly 100 employee organization. Under Tom’s leadership, Kelpe Contracting has acquired a respectable truck and equipment fleet.

  9. Kelpe Contracting, Inc. installs area inlets, curb inlets, grated inlets, bio-retention basins, outflow structures, downspout drainage, and all types of storm pipe to keep areas of land and roadways free from excessive watershed.

  10. The North Sarah project was a residential development located between Midtown and Central West End, not far from St. Louis University. Kelpe’s role was the installation of sewer and water main.
