Aug 25, 2024 · I understand that you are trying to connect your GMX email account to outlook.com. I see that you say that you can't connect to outlook.com. I would like to ask if you are trying to use GMX mailbox in Outlook web version. Please point out if my understanding is wrong. I will continue to answer for you.
Jul 9, 2022 · The GMX account does not have 2-factor authentication. My previous PC had Windows Live Mail (WLM) on Windows 10 and WLM worked fine with the GMX account. Sadly, although GMX provide some information for configuring POP3 accounts with various e-mail clients including WLM, they make no mention of the Mail app :-

Jun 30, 2020 · I use GMX for emails. I am using windows mail on my new laptop. When i create an email it sits in the outbox and doesnt send. No attachments so not a file size issue. I can access GMX on line and send emails fine. I have removed and reinstalled the GMX account on windows mail. Can you please help / advise. I am a tech novice. Many Thanks. Greg
