Empire of Silence. SPOILERS: I'm about 30% done. I actually like the story so far. I didn't like Hadrian at the beginning. But I now understand him more. He's a product of his unfortunate upbringing and his place in the grand scheme of things. And how he (back then) didn't have much of a choice of whats going to happen to him.

SPOILERS Empire of Silence. So I’ve just finished Empire of Silence and Howling Dark in about 3 days. And I’ve heard a lot (basically everyone) saying that howling dark, and the next book are significantly better than Empire of Silence.
