In fact even in the preview for the lockscreen settings it shows it in 24 hour mode, but in reality when the lockscreen comes up it still shows the time in 12 hour clock. Apr 9, 2016 · It is correct here Windows 10 ver 1703, in little old England(imminent European divorce), the Weather App does show 24 hour clock. Does for any other location as well. Try ye olde worlde Control Panel > Region > Formats > Additional settings... > Time Tab > Capital H for 24 hour clock. The options are explained there. Apply OK restart App etc.
