Sanjay Mishra (born 6 October 1963) is an Indian actor known for his works predominantly in Hindi cinema and television and is also known for working in Telugu cinema. He has twice won the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor for his performances in the films Ankhon Dekhi (2015) and Vadh (2022) along with several other awards and nominations.
He became a household name after playing the role of a corrupt, soaked in red-tapism bureaucrat- Shukla in the hugely popular sitcom Office Office. His performance in the 2014 film- Ankhon Dekhi was appreciated by the critics for which he got the Filmfare Award for Best Actor (Critics).
Sanjay Mishra is an Indian actor primarily working in the Hindi film and television industry. Mishra was raised in Varanasi, India. His father was an employee of the Press Information Bureau under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. His grandfather served as a District Magistrate.
