Gopichand Malineni (born 13 March 1980) is an Indian film director and screenwriter who works in Telugu cinema. After working as an assistant director in many films, Malineni made his directional debut in 2010 with the action comedy film Don Seenu.

Gopichand Malineni discontinued his education in the 12th grade and started working as a camera assistant for various programmes broadcast on ETV Network. He started working in the film industry as a camera assistant for the Telugu film Hello I Love You (1997) directed by Veera Shankar. His first film as an assistant director was the Telugu film, Police, starring Srihari.
