Daniel Joseph Ricciardo AM ( / rɪˈkɑːrdoʊ / ⓘ "Ricardo", Italian: [ritˈtʃardo]; born 1 July 1989) is an Australian and Italian racing driver currently competing in Formula One for RB Formula One Team under the Australian flag. He has achieved eight Grand Prix victories and 32 podiums in Formula One .
Never afraid to push to the limits if it means pulling off a pass, Ricciardo is a proven race-winner, capable of consistently finishing at the business end of the championship table given the right machinery.
