Government of Haryana has announced the launch of 'Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojana' in the budget for the financial year 2023-24.
Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana was launched under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation (HUPA). Government of India has provisioned Rs. 500 crore for the scheme. The scheme is integration of the National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM) and National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM).
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Yojana or DDUAY is one of the Government of India scheme for helping the poor by providing skill training. It replaces Aajeevik. The Government of India has provisioned ₹500 crore (US$60 million) for the scheme.
