Jul 11, 2022 · The Musicians Institute Academy is a performance-based music education program designed to guide and inspire young people (and beyond) as they find their voices as musicians. The Saturday Academy classes were created to allow students to practice their passion at their own pace, where they will receive private lessons, open counseling, lessons in video techniques, branding, and more.
The guitar program is the foundation of Musicians Institute. In 1977, the Guitar Institute of Technology was founded as the first school to teach contemporary music. With the addition of multiple instruments over the years, GIT became known as the Musicians Institute, but the passion for the guitar has remained.
