Anirban Bhattacharya founded his theatre group “Sangharam Hatibagan” in 2010. He has directed many theatrical productions like Guru, Chowmatha, Udorniti, Pontu Laha 2.0, and Mondar. In 2022, he directed the Bengali language film Ballavpurer Rupkotha which was an adaption of a play of the same name, created by legendary Bengali theatre personality Badal Sarkar.

I am thinking of starting with Mahabharata once again. I took out the copy of Rajshekhar Basu’s Mahabharata from my bookshelf.
