Deborah Eisenberg is an author, actress, and educator from America. She teaches writing at Columbia University. An Illinois native, Eisenberg hails from a Jewish family. In the late 1960s, she relocated to New York City. In 1973, she served as an editorial assistant at ‘The New York Review of Books.’
