1. Make sure you have an archive extractor capable of extracting 7zip (.7z) archives. 2. Extract the archive to your XAMPP root folder (EX: C:\xampp) 3. Run 'xampp_control3.exe' to start the control panel. I have been working to make some improvements to this version of the CP. I think I am at a point to get some public feedback and testing.
