The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Berhampur, established in 2016 by the Ministry of Education, Government of India is a Center of Excellence dedicated to teaching and research in basic sciences.
MODE OF ADMISSION. One needs to take the IISER Aptitude Test and apply for IISER counselling. One also needs to obtain a minimum of 60% marks (GEN/EWS/OBC-NCL) or 55% marks (SC/ST/PwD) in their Class XII examination. Admissions are based on the performance in IISER Aptitude Test.
