I very much enjoyed Seven Keys To Baldpate, an old-time mystery by Earl Derr Biggers, whose most famous works are books starring none other than his erstwhile creation, the sleuth Charlie Chan. In my mind, Seven Keys To Baldpate reads more like a movie than a book, due to its fast paced, seemingly real-time movement.
