Oct 29, 2010 · Plus, the "facial hair" of Duke and Rip-cord when in dress uniform is but one of many annoying little "nits" and plot holes throughout. I could go on and on. The best part of the movie is the ending (no spoilers) which set up (finally) the "Rise of Cobra" and the rise of Destro.
